I will be doing my informative essay on osteosarcoma. My objective is to look at why osteosarcoma mainly occurs in children and adolescents. I will give a short description on cancer and osteosarcoma. I’ll be looking at which part of the body osteosarcoma develops from. There are many factors that I will focus on. Why does osteosarcoma occur in males more frequently than females? Does puberty and weight play a role in the development of osteosarcoma? Could genetics and inheritance be a cause? What is the life span of a patient living with osteosarcoma? What type of cures is available for patients?
